What vpn is best for streamer walls?

Gots to get my Brit documentaries on. They all advertise falsely to bypass Netflix and other geographic walls. Why do they exist?

Because of licencing and laws, plus VPNs are getting hammered for all the bandwidth they are using.

Don't forget its technically illegal to bypass geolocks. They have to be careful.

You just need to run the proxy lists to find one with enough bandwidth for you.

Or you could, you know, not be a cheap ass and buy a VPN subscription?

Currently Surfshark has the best chance. Doesn’t work all the time tho. There’s a BBC doc on UKTV I want to watch. And didn’t work. I’ll try it later today.

Hopefully not 5 VPN subscriptions, you dullard, that's just moronic. Also, most commercial VPN's will not work, as BBC routinely blocks high traffic IP's. Cycle through the free VPNs like urbanVPN and ChrisPC if you don't know how to use proxies.

Licenses are bought for different regions by different companies. For some regions Netflix owns the rights for others someone else owns them. And these can change over time.

A VPN just pretends you are somewhere else, when Netflix checks for your location and what shows are available.
