How to sound interesting in a message online?

Being myself gets me nowhere. I never get any replies or people messaging me first

be genuine... and engaging

don't try to sound interesting, be interested, truly into it... lol

also... who are these people you're trying to message and where/how? are they strangers? randoms? are they people you meet in person and then somehow end up with their number or socials?

Im generally speaking about people I've messaged in the past and they suddenly stopped talking. Not guys im interested in, just either people i meet in person or online, and generally everyone always stops speaking to me at some point.

I've got an issue with where i talk about myself a lot and its something i can't seem to stop doing because i struggling asking about other people. I dont know whats too personal or if theyd be annoyed at qs i ask

well, a good measure in general would be... to reciprocate, do ask or share as much as they do

people are different, some do talk and share a lot, and others will do it less so or none...

and there's also things that one can share or talk about more freely and others you should be more careful with... lol

and then, some people just stop messaging you first but, they will always respond as soon as you contact them
