Do you like youtubes new layout?

As soon as I saw it I wrote feedback to youtube that I didn't like it and if I could change it back but they haven't answered me.

I feel like it's just about pushing the recommended videos in your face more so you keep watching. It's about money I'm guessing but the design looks terrible. I know a lot of people use phones nowadays but please put some effort into your product.

I haven't seen anybody talk about it much though so I thought I'd make a question.

It took a few days to get used to it, and I didn't like it at first. But it's okay now. All the old stuff is there, just in different places. And there's a few new things too.

@FunkyMonkee I just checked and my layout is a little different from yours. I can't give you a screen shot, but comments in my layout are under the video on the left. The right column has a few shorts, and underneath that are several videos that I might like. One question... are you logged in to YouTube? I am logged in.

Yes, I'm logged in. On my version, the video is still in the upper left but directly under it is what used to be in the right column (the videos they thought I'd like to see next), the immediate video info that used to be directly under the video is now at the top of the right column and the "share", etc., buttons are gone and, if you click on "more" you actually get less and then there's no "less" to click on to take you back and, all the comments are also in the right column and are only about 2" wide.

I use the YouTube HD extension, so it doesn't affect me.
