Twitter, the owner is a fuckwit, the place is full of bots and fake news reporting. For example Musk shared a false story that the UK was sending rioters to the Falklands, that went to circa 194 million people, a number are bots etc, it was then further shared.

I am purely on about Twitter which is what your question is about, if the owner of a global communications empire cannot be trusted to not lie, then how far is he willing to lie?
He has a track record with Tesla of not telling the full truth, which resulted in a huge impact on shares.
Anyhow that’s the why Twitter is bad or rather Musk is, anyone believing what he posts, needs to do some fact checking first, as chances are it’s a lie.
