In the US, the frequency of the power outlets is 60Hz, not 90Hz. If you travel to the rest of the world, most countries will use 50Hz. I have never heard that a power outlet would have a oscillation frequency of 90Hz. I don't even know if you can have such a high frequency and not damage your device. They are certainly not made to handle that kind of frequency when you charge them.
I am not aware of any country that has a oscillation frequency that is that high in their electric network. Better inquire first before you try something you may regret.
I used it before nothing happened
According to this list, no county uses 90Hz frequency in their power sockets

Special ed boi is talking about screen frequency, not the electrical system frequency.
@DryGermanGuy would have been nice to specify.
Then 90Hz is better than 60Hz as it makes the apps run smoother but 120Hz would even be better but I doubt that your cell phone would support 120Hz
It can support 90hz at most for screen refresh rate and it's a special model that can do both 60hz and 90hz for smooth scrolling
You think I'm special ed too?
Depends what you're watching. Turning on 60hz means your battery lasts longer, but it won't be full UHD display.
Does that matter it looks better than my mom's old smartphone?
use 60hz
But 90hz is faster
