Does anyone know about computers?

So turning on my computer I had a Microsoft bit lock where I have to add a key ID to repair my driver or whatnot, I entered it and it kept failing and looping back to the same screen so I uninstalled the latest Windows update and when it went through, it automatically reinstalled it, it worked, it let me through but now the keyboard and mouse don't work when I connect them to the computer so now I'm stuck on the login screen and can't do anything about it, does anyone know a bypass to get past this issue cause I'm out of ideas. They both work, I legit used it to put in the ID and click enter, now the computer works but doesn't detect the keyboard and mouse when plugged in so I can do anything

I managed to reset my computer and it's working now, I just lost everything I downloaded besides my files

Get into safe mode before the windos boot up, google ur computer model to see how to enter safe mode then do a system restore from there

Open the task manager by pressing ctrl, alt & delete simutanously and then reboot your computer.

The keyboard doesn't work and neither does the mouse, I'm stuck just looking at the time on it unfortunately
