Instagram suggestions?

i visited someones account and there were suggestions under this account. There was one account that always disappeared at night and appeared during the day. Does it mean that the suggested account and the persons account I visited are talking?

I tried it twice and it gave me the same result.

I also tried it on someone elses account just in case and this person's really close friend was on suggestions during the day and disappeard at night.

so I assume,,, my guess is right?
