Phone still glitching even after updating to Android 14 and One UI 6?

The same glitches I encountered on my Samsung Galaxy A34 5G with Android 13 and One UI 5.1 are still somewhat present smh. I just keep punching my phone screen when those glitches happen and don't go away immediately....
