I want to leave the USA, how do I do that?

I wouldn't advise doing anything to permanent until you've found a place you like. By permanent I mean buying a house or car in the area you move to.
Just find a place you think you'd like to live and move there. Rent a place, get a job, and stay there for a year or so to see how you like it.

If you are not sure what place to go to, consider language barriers, research good places for expats, weather, economy, job markets, etc.

Well on the bright side, you already know 2 languages so it's easier to learn more.

Travel around. See which countries you like. Switzerland or Germany are probably going to be your best bet for French, English, and tech jobs. However if you go there then you will want to learn German for both countries. Switzerland is expensive but BEAUTIFUL.

Very few countries simply allow people to show up and live. You'll need some type of immigrant visa, which mean a job waiting for you when you get off the plane. Remember to renounce your US citizenship, which can only be done aboard... we don't want you back.

If you are interested in emigrating to another country, do some research online, and after that, check with the embassy of that country. But first you should spend extensive time VISITING that country before making any commitments.

Look for career options. See how the process works with regards to that. Visit the place as a tourist. Interact with the locals and mentally prepare for the possibility of settling there. Once satisfied and all the boxes are ticked, then apply for the visa.

If you are aware of them then you should be able to apply for a travel visa to go look for work, then a work visa when you find work like anyone else, and then work for the next 10 to 20 years in said country to create a new life in a foreign land. People do it all the time. Some countries are much easier than others. Some you can buy your citizenship by purchasing land or investing a lump sum into a new business that creates jobs. Some countries will give you a work visa if you are willing to teach English. Plenty of foreign companies hire Americans on American soil and then have you work in their country for periods of time. Sometimes they will transfer you to a foreign office if you are willing to leave America (most people aren't). There are a lot of different paths to living somewhere else. If you are smart enough to work the job, you should be smart enough to figure it out.
