I do I was Born and Raised in L. A. lot of people I’ve meet moved here some in hopes to make it Hollywood. My fiancé. Moved her for the weather got tired of digging out in Snow.

KC Missouri has a lot of nice places, especially fountains. KC Kansas is pretty old and not quite as appealing. The Kansas City suburbs on the Kansas side are pretty nice.

We have some nice and fairly upscale suburban areas, some older neighborhoods as well. Most all are pretty safe, and the people aren't snobby. All in all, the Midwest is a great place to live IMHO.

I bet would almost sell me. My question would be how the lgbt people be treated. That one thing I like live in L. A. they have more tolerance.

Nobody bothers them here. Some groups may not like them, but they’re well tolerated here.

I was born and raised in Lakewood, Ca. near Long Beach. I later bought a condo in Long Beach, not far from the Convention Center. When I got married, my wife and I moved to Redondo Beach and then to San Pedro, very near Point Fermin and overlooking Catalina. So I lived the first 46 years of my life in the same general area.

My wife moved to California from Cincinnati. She wanted to get away from the cold. She lived in San Diego but wound up in Los Angeles where I met her in 1994.

We moved to the Sacramento area in 2000 and have been living in our own home in the western Sierra Nevada foothills since 2002.

So I'm a California guy, but I now live quite far from my original stomping grounds.

Broadly speaking, yes. Born in Boston raised there and just outside of it, and now I’m a little further outside of it, but still in the metro area. In LA terms it’d be like I was born in Koreatown, lived in Glendale for a while, and now I’m in Pacific Palisades, haha.
