I have visited Greece numerous times before Covid and I only have good memories of my visit. There are so many facets of Greece that are interesting, from the architecture to the history, from the food to the kindness of the people. Even during the economic crisis, people were absolutely nice despite the difficult times.

One of my all time favorite places is Santorini. If only there were not that many tourists. Oops, I forgot that I was one of them as well :-)

I keep an excellent memory of this absolutely out of this world baklava I ate in a restaurant by the harbor of Katakolon. It was worth absolutely every single calorie...

I am originally from Greece and my opinion is that it is a great country for holidays. Though, it is not that great for living and working there. If you need to choose where in Greece to go, please choose an island and don't consider any major cities.
