In a hotel, I don't have to cook and I can get up to piss whenever I want, have a proper shower than just chill on the bed 'til I dry and get dressed in a proper setting. I think last time we went camping was before COVID. Sometimes I think it would be relaxing to just chill in the wilderness with a tent for a couple nights, but away from people. Not at an established campground and not hauling a bunch of shit. Yeah, no thanks. I'll stick to hotels thank you very much.

No, my dad and mom used to take use to Garden State Park years ago when we were little like 5 and 7 years old. We would sleep in a tent and I remember one time it rained and we had to sleep in our car. I think the only fun thing was the lake as you could swim in it or use a raft or paddle boat and paddle across the river. I honestly wouldn't do it now with my nephews as a I hate being outdoors with the heat and mosquitoes.

  I recall several times weeklong camping trips with many other families. It was a rally, we called it a слёт. There are more trees in the woods than there are toilets in the hotel, if you need a bathroom. I could cook over a campfire, or eat precooked food, not to mention food that’s eaten raw. Is a hotel more expensive than renting a site in the woods?

  In a way, yes, because you have to buy a shit ton of food too. At a hotel you can just eat out. In the end, it probably comes out to about the same, and you're in much more comfortable surroundings
