What do you think about Philadelphia?

Looking at moving there for work. What do you know/think about the city?

i was born and raised there, till i moved out few years ago. its rough some areas of course better then others, the kill rate is off the charts. its a melting pot, if you are from there you know where to walk and not to walk, the parking though is so bad thats why we walk or bus everywhere. i had a friend beaten to death decades ago, a lot of good and bad memories. growing up there i loved it.

As for the city of brotherly love it’s also the city of crime like any other major city.
As for you if you can find work there I’m sure you can find it anywhere & the perfect city for you awaits if you look around. You can do better.

It's a big city, decent subway and commuter rail system, horrible traffic. Most people live in the northern suburbs and commute. Some areas have high crime but there are safe areas.

It's not what it used to be years ago, it's gotten worse. My niece just moved away from there because she couldn't take it anymore
