At this point, I don't know if aliens from other planets or dimensions visit Earth. I feel the same way about them as I feel about gods and supernatural beings. I need solid evidence before being certain.

I'm sure that the military has secret, experimental shit that we can't even imagine. Have they reverse engineered alien spacecraft or technology? I have no idea.
