I look st its proximity to places I want to visit and also try to find one that is clean and quiet. Ample parking is also important. I stayed in a place where they had parking attendants and it was a pain.

i was just on google last night checking out stuff and came across a similar question about cockroaches in their resort/hotel. pretty scary stuff. so for me it would be no roaches

Quietness!!! I‘ll take a room in the highest available floor. I think in Thailand I was on the 30th floor, the roof swimming pool was on the 29th. 👉👈

I haven't stayed in a hotel in a long time, not since I was driving across the country to go to college. If I was looking for a hotel, I'd want ample parking, clean rooms and continental breakfast.

For me, it's simple, a clean room and a comfortable bed. I'm only there to sleep so I don't need much.

Sweet! Used to be a in hotel bar but balcony is key too! Now it's cleanliness. I'm just skeeved by public lodging in general.
