I love both types of holidays, but if I were to choose one, I think I would definitely choose summer holidays. (yeapp i don't like cold weather)

Could not agree with you more.

In fact, I used to take two vacations a year. Europe in the Spring - departing the day after Easter Sunday. Then would come Winter - or, as I call it, the season and source of all evil.

So, at that point, I would flee to the Caribbean - St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Puerto Rico, Barbados, the Bahamas, or Belize on the Central American mainland. There to pretend it was still summer and get the sun tan that I would then fly up to visit my relatives for Christmas, stick out my tongue at them and say, "Nyah. Nyah. I have a sun tan and you don't!!"

Can't understand why they never wanted to see me at Christmas.

Seriously, though, even the packing burdens for a winter trip to a warmer climate make winter holidays a bit of a burden. Albeit one that I was willing to take on to get away from the cold temperatures and gray skies.

Give me spring or summer any day, at home or abroad.

Winter! I love the colours of the trees and fog and Erie skies and atmospheres, love dressing in cozy layers and cozy footwear too. The sun hurts my eyes and burns my skin.
