I know English, I can speak a certain level of Spanish, Russian and Arabic. I have never been abroad before.

I'm no expert in immigration rules of the various countries, but I would suggest investigating Portugal, Spain or Italy. They have climates similar to Turkey and have fairly good economies, so finding a job might not be too difficult.

There is also a big Turkish community in Germany, but it might be difficult for you to live ther, if you don't know the language
