i want same as i wanted last year, a shift in the censorship priority. in British website personal attack is forbidden and warned will censor personal attack. that principle should be applied on the web for bullying, i mean censoring personal attacks such as name calling any name or insult.

this priority instead of censoring "provocative stuff" which is not personal attack, might be sincere from some weirdo with unpopular opinions. if not personal attack leave provocative stuff visible.
