Yes, very pretty. Moss formations can be really cool. Sometimes the smallest and most unassuming things in nature can be really beautiful if you stop to look at them. Especially up close. Even things like lichen on the bark of a tree can be amazingly beautiful up close. Some of it looks like a rainbow of ocean coral.
But nature is filled with amazing things. It's not all about mountains and tropical white sand beaches. Even when I went to Colorado, the mountains were great, but one of, if not the best part of the trip was being in the flatland plains of the eastern half of the state and seeing the unbelievable amount of life that exists there. Even thought they were dry, flat grasslands, they were full of life in a way that the clouded forests of the mountains weren't. But you'd never know that unless you actually go there. It was really fascinating and beautiful in its own right. Equally as valid in my opinion.
I love all landscapes from swamps to mountains. There's beauty everywhere in every landscape if you look for it. Sometimes you just have to stop to appreciate it. 😉
This is soooooo spot on! Agreed 100%
@charliefretz329 👍👍
Also, thanks for the MHO!
@charliefretz329 Oh, and with the lack of leaves on the trees, I assume that's somewhere in northern Florida/the Florida Panhandle?
That water isn't very appealing but the other photos look nice. I've lived in New Zealand all my life and this looks a lot like the west coast bush in the north island
It’s black river water. Lots of tannins
It’s cute and pretty hehe. It’s something I’d take a pic of too on a hike or wandering around in nature
Kindred spirits! 🙂
Me too! I’m a nature nut 🌰🙂. I can really unwind and relax in the forest. Good energy
💯 %
Just a mossy hole in a tree stump. Bet there's something cool living at the bottom.
I looked hard but didn’t see 🙂.
Got to reach and have a feel
Nah, that’s some innocent critters home. That would be rude

These are interesting pictures of Nature, but I wouldn't use the word pretty to describe them.
I do
The people that say no, are carrying me. Those are the people that do not deserve to be here.
🙂🙂🙂🙌
Oh man, I want to fish that🎣
Lots of fish in the Suwanee
Up here messing around with 3 lb bass. I need to get down South one of these days and see about the big boys!
The marshes off the coast will fill your pails 🪣!!! 😃

@Paul09 Catch and release, my guy, always. FYI, the inside of a bass’ mouth is all cartilage and not full of nerves like us. When hooked, they fight like hell and pull away from you…. if you had a hook on a string in your mouth, I bet you wouldn’t pull away, you’d go where it led you because of the pain. Please no I take absolutely every precaution possible. I even take the barb out out of the hooks with my pliers, which causes me to lose a lot of fish, but I want the hook to come out fast and easy so I can have the fish back in the water in under 15 seconds. Conversely, I don’t hunt, because that requires killing the animal, and I don’t have the heart for that. If I good just shoot a net over it and look at it for a second before letting it go on its way, then maybe I would. But I’m just saying not every fisherman is killing fish. Bass really aren’t even good eating, and I personally don’t even eat fish, period. Most bass fisherman I know never keep their fish, especially nowadays when everyone has a camera on their phone to document it. But the whole idea in our circles is PRESERVATION. I want that bass to go off and make more bass, and get bigger.
*please know
But what's so horrible about just sitting there and enjoying it? Fish can't swim backwards tho. They get scared and trying the swim away. It's b. s that they don't feel pain. Every animal feels pain. How many times the fish does because the hook is in deep. And when the line breaks? Where do think it all goes? Most of my friends love to fish and I'll never understand it.
@Paul09 There’s nothing wrong with that, man. I just happen to enjoy fishing, and when I see a body of fresh water, I want to know what’s in there. I can’t of course 100% guarantee that nothing bad will happen to the fish, accidents happen. But that’s one of the reasons I de-barb the hooks, if I get a deep set one, it slides right out without ripping up the fish. That’s soft tissue, I’m not trying to injure that. I know a special way to reach in through the hill plates for those instances, and I haven’t lost a fish yet. The day one dies is likely my last day fishing. And that one will be eaten, whether I want to or not. But don’t underestimate how hardy some of these fish are. Trout are very fragile, so I don’t trout fish. Bass and pickerel are built Ford Tough. I caught a pickerel this summer with a hook coming out of its side, like it had digest the hook, it poked through the digestive tract, through the muscle, through the scales, and it had almost been completely expelled out of its side. I carefully removed it for it, and it barely had a mark. The hook was starting to rust, and it’s a hard to reach pond on private property that isn’t fished much. It was in there a while, and this fish was HUGE, it was eating just fine. I hated to see it, of course, and I’m grateful I could get it the rest of the way out, but this thing was a survivor. Hooks in the mouth typically rust out and break off, and the fish will spit the hook. These guys are tough as hell.
My native roots require me to eat and enjoy everything 😋
I’ll find a way to ensure the circle of life
I trust natives over anyone else with that sort of stuff haha
😁😁😁
River yes. Whatever that first 2 pic is. No😡
It’s a fairy’s home
It’s beautiful! 😍
Stop being a meanieface 😠
I could’ve posted picture of my feet 🦶
Lol ok ok, I’ll let you off the hook 🪝…. For now 😈
Yes that is. And looks very peaceful
Peace ☮️🙂
Really like photo 1😊
🙂 me too! 😌
It's not great photography, if that's what you're asking. Read up on composition.
Nah, I don’t care about that aspect 🙂
In that case, it's not very pretty, because you're not capturing what is supposed to be pretty. It's just kinda generic swampy brown. There's no focal point, communication or "message" of beauty to convey.
I guess you’d have to be an extraterrestrial 👽 like me to understand
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" and whatnot—i. e. it's subjective. If there's no subject in the photo, there's nothing to judge. It's just nature.
Nature is perfect
So... no need to specify whether it's pretty or not. ;-)
Lol nope
I like it!
Very calm vibes of nature
Inner ☮️ peace starts in places like this
Not really tbh. Just looks peaceful
Very peaceful ☮️ yes
Nice pics 🙂
Thanks 🙂
Nature is so soothing

It’s okay. Seen way prettier landscapes
Me too, but this was also lovely

do you ever wonder how many bodies could be there somewhere... whenever you go on a trail
well, that was intrusive... lmao
As long as they’re dead, they won’t bother me much 🤣

@NathanDavis omg stoppp 😭
It wouldn’t be on purpose… 🤷🏻♂️
Kinda would meld in with all the roots n stuff
And honestly I would be more apt to question those mushrooms 🍄 I was snacking on…
@7Phoenix7 lmfao...
time for me to remind and recommend you all.. to watch Hannibal, the series
I saw all the movies, they were good
Actually a man did die in the forest by my home. Old man with dementia wandered off and was lost for 2 years. Hunter found him leaning up against a tree…
What is it?
Nature
Never heard of it! Is it good for ya? How much does it cost/ What kind of stores sell it? Do they deliver?
It’s free… 🤨 but it’s a U-Pick it kinda deal
