I don’t bank my vaca time it’s just paid out. But we don’t have any limit on time off, as long as they can cover you can pretty much take as much time as you want

hmm from my company i get 120 hours a year but i never asked if i could space that out over several weeks it would be cool if i could. I used a week in the spring so im down to 80 hours.

Just PTO and I earn it on a weekly basis so I technically always have it unless I use it all.
