Company I work for charges time and a half for extra vacation days. So, they get a lot a burned out employees but get to feel like the building is full. That it is full of people struggling to stay awake instead of getting any work done doesn't seem to bother them 🤷

Depends on the sort bonus. Office parties don’t count as extra bonuses. I will require monies OR I’ll take the vacation days. Not that it’ll make a difference since working from home is basically the vacation in itself.
