Sure. I know an independent journalist who visited Pyongyang a few years ago. She said she had a lot of freedom to walk around, go to schools and different places and observe. They didn't have anyone accompanying her. There were music, art and dance schools. Kids played in the streets and seemed wholesome and happy. People were nice. There was zero crime.

She said it was very interesting and the large amusement park was fun.

I wouldn't want to live there, but I wouldn't mind checking it out.
