Between Philippines and India, which country do you find better at speaking English?

They both are for shit and I absolutely hate when contacting a customer service dept and one of these barely English speaking mopes is on the other end. You can't understand them plus they have those fucking cheat sheets in front of them and beyond that are totally stupid about your issue.

India. They were under British rule for a long time and had much more exposure to English than the Pillafinos. I've words with both over the years and had way less trouble understanding the Induahs. My ex-fiance was an Induah and, just about the only word she had trouble saying was Todd Rundgren's last name.

People from the Philippines don’t tend to have as strong of an accent as people from India. They are easier to understand when they speak English.
