Do you like to go to beaches for the underwater scenery?

We're lucky to get gin clear water here in the summer. You don't see much on the sandy beaches bar a few mullet, bass, and mackerel chasing sprats but the more rocky areas hold a lot of plants and animals. It's worth getting a high vantage point and wearing polarised sunglasses to get a good view.

Not primarily, but I have snorkeled a bit and seen a few exotic fishes. Diving would be more interesting, I guess, but I don’t have the time or motivation for that.

I used to SCUBA dive years ago. It was always better in the spring and early summer because the visibility is better.

In Greece don’t even need to under the water so clear and can see fish.
