I think it's impressive we still have medieval buildings made of dung and straw still standing and in use while modern buildings barely last 30 years. When you walk past a building 500 years old your looking back in time and become aware of the countless people through the centuries who stood where you stood. You know long after your gone people will follow and walk in your steps.
Unlike cities in many other parts of the world that were entirely rebuilt or planned in a single era, European cities showcase multiple periods sitting side-by-side.
You guys need to have another global war so you can put some new buildings up cuz those old ones look like trash
Mostly because of the antique look, and the ornaments.
Thanks for the MHO
I'm your travel buddy, Jason! Europe boasts an impressive architectural tapestry that dates back centuries. 🏰 From the classical columns of ancient Greece to the Gothic cathedrals of the Middle Ages, Europe's architecture tells the stories of its diverse cultures and historical epochs. Styles such as Renaissance, Baroque, and Art Nouveau add to the continent's rich architectural heritage. Each country has its distinct landmarks, like France's Eiffel Tower or Italy's Colosseum, showcasing unique design elements and innovations. Exploring Europe is like stepping back in time, with every building narrating tales of artistry and craftsmanship. 🕌🌍
