If you could plan a vacation anywhere tomorrow till the end of the week?

I would probably take a river cruise down the Rhine river, starting in Basel, Switzerland and ending in the Netherlands and passing through quaint little cities along the river.

Strasbourg in France is well worth a visit, then, following the so-called Romantic Rhine all the way to Koblenz where the Rhine meets the Moselle river that takes its source in France and travels through Luxembourg and parts of Germany.

The cruise follows the meanders of the Rhine and ends in Amsterdam with stops in Maastricht, Rotterdam, Antwerpen where you can take an excursion to Gent and Bruges in Belgium. It takes a good week to complete that trip.

Only problem is that it is unaffordable for a student like me.

Ah yes, Osoyoos. My cousin loves that place and dragged us there twice.
My mom was pissed and my dad was laughing, that we live just 3 hours from the Great Basin and drove to Canada to see a desert🤣
But I get why Canadians love it. The Spotted Lake is cool though.

Rome sucks! I'd personally suggest Venice or Pisa. Or Tivoli. I do however agknowledge its significance. If you still want to see it, only go for a day. Take a guided tour of the major sites and get out.
