Why aren't Nordic men considered as the most handsome ones?

So many survey among woman show that the most handsome guys are chosen among Spanish, Italian or French men. However, most of the Spanish, French and Italian men have brown eyes and dark hair.

Nobody can oppose that Nordic features (blond hair and blue eyes) are superior than Mediterranean features (dark hair and brown eyes). So, why did most of the woman choose Mediterranean men as the most handsome guys in the world?
