I'm not really feeling the laughing thing during sex. Sometimes I do laugh, but it's usually because I did something awkward or embarrassing (like fell off the bed - yeah that happened...). For me it kinda ruins the mood if I start laughing. My boyfriend never laughs during sex and I think it's better that he doesn't.
Sex can already be an intimidating experience especially if you're new to it! Personally, I think it's important to be with a partner you feel comfortable enough around to laugh with. It makes the whole experience unique, and more intimate.
If you can't laugh at yourselves or even just giggle here and there I feel like your not as comfortable with yourself or with the other person as you think you are and you probably need to take a minute to figure out why that is.
No. I would find either of us laughing as disrespectful as laughing during a funeral. I'm often serious looking. I like a nice smile, sure, but a giggle or laughter would make it feel cheap or feel uncomfortably weird, very weird. She can smile, moan, groan, but laughter? Please, no. Neither would I laugh.
I don't think that it's important that it happens but it's important that it CAN happen without it being an issue. If you can't have fun whilst having sex then you should stick to fucking corpses.
