There might be estrogens or anti-androgen effects caused by the vaccine. Wouldn't be the first time a drug produced would do that. Happens with all kinds of medications and processed foods.

If this is true, it would also cause an increase of man boobs in men.

Not really. I just care about my overall weight more than just one part of my body. I think most people are honestly fine if they are physically healthy, and boob size isn't that important. Generally speaking though, I think I do care more about my butt than my boobs but even then, most of the time its all good. Someone will always find you attractive
