It depends on how you define "Middle East" - there's no universally accepted definition.

Armenia is in western Asia, west of Turkey and north of Iran. It also shares borders with Georgia and Azerbaijan.

Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan are part of "Transcaucasia", the area of Asia between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea where the Caucasus Mountains are located forming a natural border between Eastern Europe and Western Asia. Furthermore, these three nations were part of the Soviet Union but became independent when the Soviet Union ceased to exist.

Some sources would say that "The Middle East" does not include the Transcaucasian nations, but others do. One reason why this may seem odd is that, like most Middle Eastern nations, Azerbaijan is a Muslim-dominant country but Georgia is a Christian country. Armenia is a fiercely Christian country which is a major reason for the Armenian Genocide by Turkey.

That said, most sources do not consider the Transcaucasian nations to be part of the Middle East, so, if you go with those sources, then the Kardashians are not from the Middle East because Armenia is not part of the Middle East.
