Because only the left cancels people, and the left are anything but fair, balanced, and un-hypocritical. They also project all the time. So much so, that that's my number one rule with them. Progressives are the biggest pieces of sh*t on the planet, and no one is more hostile and vitriolic than them, yet they think everyone else are the "bad people."

They're literally ALL regressive, and "progressive" is the ironic name they call themselves. The original name was Social Justice Warriors. There *is* a difference between people on the left, 'Liberals,' and Progressives, but all Progressives are dumber than pig sh*t and vitriolic hateful people.

Your understanding of the various terms clearly does not align with mine. Progressive literally just means in favor of progress. It’s nominally left leaning. One definition of “liberal” literally means generous or excessive. Naturally i consider that MORE left leaning than “progressive”. The political ideology “liberal” was born of the definition that liberalism is opposite of authoritarianism. This is the reason i describe modern liberals “regressive”. In terms of left vs right, the left is far and away more authoritarian than the right is, right now. There’s also “leftist” which generally describes anyone whose ideals fall significantly more on the left than on the center or right. The radicals adhere entirely and exclusively to leftist ideals, no center and definitely no right.
I am a progressive because i acknowledge and appreciate the ways in which sociopolitical progressiveness have created a better society for all and i can envision ways we can continue to change for the better. For this reason, i will always be progressive.
And i am none of the things you claim we all are.

Groups and other things change over time, just like the Swastika used to be a symbol of peace and love. One's ideals are more important than the group you choose to call yourself as, or the label you choose to don. "Progressive" hasn't been a good thing for a very long time now (at least seven years), even if you've remained the same. That's also why I no longer call myself "Liberal," even though I still am about Free Speech and the Constitution.

You can call yourself whatever you want, but just know if you have an uphill battle now using that term in 2022-2023, with the people who are now known as "Progressives."
