Agree. Any new Russian military equipment won't have any processors in it. Interestingly before 2014 Ukraine was the 4th largest arms exporter and they sold an aircraft carrier to China. I think they specialized in improving soviet era stuff.

But I fail to understand why India is so friendly with Russia and China especially when the later is launching border incursions with India. We need to turn India.

I think after the cold war Ukraine had all this military equipment that they couldn't maintain so they sold it all, a lot generals sold it on the black market.
India was so friendly with Russia for military equipment and oil, there are certain conditions with us military equipment.
India imports a lot of electronics, drugs and chemicals from China but I think the trade is largely one way. India's exports are down 12%. But India is changing that.
India will continue to trade for cheap oil with Russia but will take a tougher line with China as India to their credit will not be bullied by anyone. India I don't think will buy anymore Russian military equipment, even the fighter jets they had needed to be completely upgraded for them by Israel.
