For me it reminds me of Batman movies where they always have like 50 cops around the criminal but in the end the criminals plan works out anyway and he escapes. Then Batman has to go save the day again.

It reminds me that shooting up a school will get less attention and punishment than killing one healthcare CEO. Where they treat you like you planned 9/11 or something. Gee I wonder why. School shooter doesn't get labeled a terrorist but Luigi does... It's always been about money. They're making an example so that nobody else tries to fight back against the corruption.
