Yes, they do. I've looked through the readers' comments in the tabloids, and I'm seeing the same maga soundbites as always. Anyone who criticises has TDS, there's gloating about owning the left, and the usual stuff about snowflakes crying. There's even stuff about how America owns the pope and he should tow the maga line.

In the UK if the PM did this he'd immediately be called to the Palace and ordered to make a full public apology or even to resign. There'd be an overwhelming vote of no confidence and we'd have an election by May.

From my observation, some do and some don't. Die hard, Trump can do no wrong MAGA supporters have no problem with it, and openly do mental gymnastics to justify it. while more moderate/lite MAGA's who really weren't full on MAGA, but stupidly voted for Trump because they foolishly believed him to be the lesser of two evils do not agree with some finding it offensive. Myself, a Christian find it extremely offensive, but have no regrets as I never supported the orange idiot. If people are willing to denounce support for Trump and leave the MAGA movement (which some are over the Epstein files and Iran conflict), then we should encourage them instead of holding grudges, it makes us democrats look like the bigger person, and it's helpful at winning over voters, which is important, since Democrat candidates can't win on the Democrat vote alone.
