Trump is outlandish. It's hard to know what he means. He isn't straight forward. He exaggerates. Iranian state media is owned by the government, and it's there to service the regime. I'm not sure what they have claimed that is accurate to the situation. They originally claimed at the start of negotiations that Trump agreed to all demands. That was obviously a lie.
