However, it being part of Yemen puts most people off from visiting. Being part of the UAE, would certainly make people less apprehensive. However, locals argue that this would ruin the island's pristineness, and most locals don't want to be part of a more civilized country.

Me personally, I'd like this. I would visit if the UAE took it. It would also benefit the UAE, as it would become more interesting.

Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich landed in the rough Wednesday when she asked White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre for comment on the PGA Tour’s merger with LIV Golf.

But Heinrich took her shot.

She pressed Jean-Pierre on why the White House wouldn’t comment, and Pierre repeatedly pushed back.

“We’re not going to comment on it because it is a private entity. We’ve been consistent,” she said.
Heinrich noted that Jean-Pierre had confirmed Biden was briefed on the stunning golf deal, so why wouldn’t he have something to say?
“We’ve been consistent. He’s the president of the United States. He gets to know everything that’s going on in the — in the world and in the country — right? That is important for him to know. He is — he is one of the leaders of the free world,” Jean-Pierre said.
Heinrich pushed on, asking if it was typical to get briefed on private business, and got cut off one last time.

Long story short, have an internet friend whom I met first time recently. Her and I talked for a few years, live long distance (other countries, though her family comes from the same area my family comes from).

Anyway, she has social anxiety, self critical etc, but we got along very well. I do like her too and would like to get to know her better.

I was thinking of sending her a letter and telling her it's a letter full of positive energy, that way whenever she has a bad day/rough time she can always read it since it's full of positive energy.

The last day we met I was suppose to throw a coin into a fountain and make a wish but we got side tracked and forgot to do that. So I was going to tape that coin on the letter and say it's the energy, or the "wish" I never got to make, so I am sending her the energy.

Anyway, should I? Or will it be inappropriate?
