What would you do if your "boyfriend" of 7 years told you, "My world does not revolve around you"?

Things have been rough with him. I asked why he doesn’t plan or prioritize, and he turned it back on me. It was the holidays, so I was hoping we would do something together. Then he left the country without telling me. I only saw it on social media. When I brought it up, he said his world doesn’t revolve around me and told me to make memories with someone else. I accepted it, and he hasn’t reached out since.
