+1 yNot everyday. However, on occasion, I'd love it. What girl doesn't love getting dressed up for something special. In todays world though, with women in the workplace, raising kids, etc. it wouldn't be very practical. In that era, women didn't have all of the hectic rsponsibilities that would allow for us to go about dressed in such a way. I do agree that women today do need to class themselves up a little. I'm in favor of something from the 60's back to the 30's or 40's myself.

Asker+1 yInteresting. The clothes from the 30's to 60's are nice like you mentioned. I really like the ones in the video like 1700's-1800's dresses or just modern day poofy dresses like this one link but those would only work in formal settings. I do wish more girls would wear dresses/skirts, but it is how it is.
- +1 y
I understand & agree, totally. I'm one of those "girlie" girls and wear skirts, dresses and high heels every day, not just because of work, but because I actually enjoy dressing that way. The dresses in your link are gorgeous, for sure. When the occasion does arise, like a wedding, prom, formal ball, etc. I too, love wearing those dresses.
- +1 y
That's a pretty dress too.
- +1 y
Yes, very much. Especially the second one.
Asker+1 yI really like the second one too.
- +1 y
Pretty girl, sexy sheer black hose, and high heels...Very sexy and very delicious looking, but what's the message here?
Asker+1 yI noticed on your bio it said you were bi, plus you seem to like this type of clothing. I enjoyed the video, so I figured you would.
- +1 y
I did, thank you.
Asker+1 ywelcome. did you answer?

+1 yI actually wouldn't mind lol... I would have to improvise on how I'd work out and ride bikes and such, but other than that it would be kinda fun :D (the dresses have to be made better though)
... imagine if no one can dress as a slut anymore? this will definitively cause some people to have to develop personalities23 Reply
Asker+1 yI would pay to see someone try to ride a bike in a dress like that. How would they have to be better made?
- +1 y
Roll it up and ride in bloomers :D and as for the dresses they need better quality materials and the lines seem to be a little off
Asker+1 yWhat lines?
+1 yI'd actually kind of enjoy it! Maybe not doing things like working out and lifting weights, but on an everyday basis I'd really enjoy it! The gowns are quite stunning.
I'd like it more if these were acceptable to wear everyday, but you didn't have to. :3
Just a thought.010 Reply
Asker+1 yI'm picturing a girl lifting weights in a dress like that now, lol. I got confused at the end when you put "I'd like it more if these were acceptable to wear everyday, but you didn't have to" The end of that sentence specifically.
- +1 y
Oh sorry! In direct response to the question I meant that it'd be cool to wear these but less cool if you were required to wear them everyday. As in it'd be nice to wear something like this without getting stared at, but it wouldn't be nice if you were forced to. Sorry if I was confusing!
Asker+1 yOh, now I get it. So, you would dress like this if you could?
- +1 y
Most defenitly.
Asker+1 yThat's really cool. Which one do you like best?
- +1 y
In the video the blue is my favourite, the purple/pinkish? one is nice, and the white would be a nice summery dress (thought I think it looks a bit like a kind of under-garment dress).
Asker+1 yThey look soft, wonder what they are made of?
- +1 y
I would imagine silk or satin, though the white looks like it could be cotton.
Asker+1 yHow windy do you think it is at the end?
- +1 y
waa mugi!
+1 yI would be really unsure of how to react if I suddenly saw everyone in those. I feel like things would get broken just from being knocked off the table by the outer edges of the dress, and would probably never see the cat again lol
33 Reply- +1 y
Your answer made me LOL at work :)
Asker+1 yThey would have to be very careful and the cat would have to a moniter on it.
- +1 y
Don't forget tripping when running after the bus :D

If this is for Formal Wear Event, I would love to see women dress in this style.01 Reply

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yIt would be fabulous! I'd keep handsome midgets under my skirts all the time to pleasure me all day long! Nobody would ever know they are down there eating my p*ssy for hours & hours . How wonderful would that be? Is that wrong?
Asker+1 yThat sounds smart but you might have even more trouble walking then, lol.
Opinion Owner+1 yRoller blades! Midgets can push!
Asker+1 yWouldn't the midgets not be facing the right way? Or would you have 2 to push and the other for you?
Opinion Owner+1 yLMAO! You are way over thinking this. I'll let you know, should this ever happen.
Asker+1 yYou brought it up,lol. Do you have a opinion on the dresses?
Opinion Owner+1 yMeh...Pretty to look at, I'd rather not weat them. To heavy, too much fuss. Talk about your high maintenance!
Asker+1 yIt would be cool to see for a day.
Opinion Owner+1 yOnly if men did it too...dressed in the exact same way.
Asker+1 ythe same way as guys in the time period?
Opinion Owner+1 yH*ll NO! lol Wear the dress, dude! Wear the dress! Minus the midgets...
Opinion Owner+1 yHeck! Now you have me thinkin about those little dudes in Mirror Mirror! lol Thanks! :o
Asker+1 yYou seem a little to excited about it...
Asker+1 yI have to clue what Mirror Mirror is.
Asker+1 yNow I see. Why so execited about it? (a guy wearing the dress)
Opinion Owner+1 yI'm playing with you. Having fun yet?
Opinion Owner+1 yReminds me of the guys in HS who used to play football in their prom tuxes...just to get their $ worth. lol
Asker+1 yFootball or tree climbing, decisions decisions.
"Crap, how would I go to the washroom" was my first thought. I'd look like a princess so I guess it's kind of fun, but it'd be so heavy and take so much room up too.
15 Reply- +1 y
Washroom is pretty easy. The underwear is crotchless.
Asker+1 yYou would look great, but you would need a tiara to complete the princess look, lol.
- +1 y
"Washroom is pretty easy. The underwear is crotchless."
I approve of this.
Asker+1 yIt does not look heavy, but looks are deceiving.
Asker+1 yYou would look great dressed like that,
+1 yIt would be cool for a while but It restricts movement and I couldn't compete in my school wrestling team wearing that!

- +1 y
its kind of plain and the beading detail in the front looks cheap the girl is pretty though haha
Asker+1 yCan't really speak for beading, but I guess I like it because it's the style I like. It has the perfect amount of... poofiness. Also, girls in purple always seem to catch me. She is hella cute and pretty, will agree with you on that.
- +1 y
keep in mind she is probably just turning 15 there ha ha it's a quinceanera I like Quinceanera dresses I think I might get one for graduation.
Asker+1 yShe looks older then 15, but people do look older when they dress up. She actually looks just like a girl at my college. That would be cool to get for graduation, do you have a look in mind?
I love this kind of style. Its amazing and lovely. I would like to have one dress like that.

Asker+1 yThe dresses, not the girls. Just to clarify.

like a couple of days just to get the feel of what it was like back then. but honestly wearing a corset for too long would kill me lol
Asker+1 yNo one wants there organs squashed.
Asker+1 yHow heavy is it?
The only part of it that would bother me is that it is compulsory. Although, there are also pretty impractical for most activities too.
00 ReplyIt would be very uncomfortable to me. I like to stick with the small dresses.
Asker+1 yMy small dresses, do you mean the current type of dresses?
Asker+1 yCan you give a example?

+1 yIts fun to play dress up for a day but id hate to do it forever,I like dressing differently
02 Reply
Asker+1 ySo a different look each day then?
- +1 y
No I usually like to dress casual and simple
Anonymous(36-45)+1 yIf they're going to throw back to that era, the LEAST they could do is show the acres of cleavage that was in fashion in those days. . .
Asker+1 yWhat do you mean?
+1 yf*** no! personally I never really liked the idea of being a "princess" even when I was little and by the end of the day I would probably just rip the skirt part off and climb a tree

+1 yI would be all for that.
If it became normal accepted attire, that would be great.

What year is it?
Asker+1 yIt's 2012.
Asker+1 yWell the guys would still be dressed like they do now. But I see you point. How would you feel about dressing like that?
Asker+1 yWould you have to wear corsets with dresses like that?
Asker+1 yI see it. Is there a reason why a corset has to be worn with it?
Asker+1 ySince you mentioned the weight of the dress and the corset, which would be a bigger pain to you?
Asker+1 yFun. Did they have to be so tight?
- +1 y
Yes. The purpose of them was to force the body into a shape deemed aesthetically pleasing. They were generally made specifically for the wearer. The most common and well-known use of corsets is to slim the body and make it conform to a fashionable silhouette. For women this most frequently emphasizes a curvy figure, by reducing the?waist , and thereby exaggerating the?bust ?and?hips . However, in some periods, corsets have been worn to achieve a tubular straight-up-and-down
Asker+1 yInteresting. I could see emphasizing the bust since the dresses show them, but how does emphasizing the hips do anything? You can not see them.
Asker+1 ySo, in modern day dresses, like the one in the link. They do not have to wear corsets. Why?
Asker+1 yYou said with out a corset the dress would have no shape, so does that now apply to dresses nowaday because of the way the dresses are now as opposed to in the 1700 and 1800's?
Asker+1 ySo, you could dress like the girls in the link without a corset.
- +1 y
Plus that dress may not have a corset in the traditional sense but as I've said already, it is still corseted, its not separate from the dress but the top of the dress in made in the style and form of a corset. Any dress that is so rigid from the waist up has some form of "boning" in it
