Have you been the dumper in a past relationship and never looked back no matter how you felt?

Im curious about peoples stories about never looking back after dumping someone even if you felt sad, depressed or lonely. Even if you had thoughts about them but knew it wasn't true.

I dumped but still looked back just because I loved the man but the relationship just would not have worked. I've also dumped another man and definitely knew it was the right choice

Yes, with my last ex. Don’t regret it at all. I wasn’t happy in the relationship and even though I was sad when it ended, I knew it was the best decision for me.

The way he treated me mainly. I don’t know why I stayed with him for as long as I did. A fear of being alone I guess.
