even though my cheated betrayed me dumped me hurt me ...its been 8 months and I still cannot get over him..i tried talking to other men and its just not clicking at all...or the ones I happen to like are already taken or not interested in me...i don't know I feel so worthless...i feel like I am gonna end up alone...i m thinking about contacting my ex but I don't know if he has a girlfriend or not...its all so messed up...and I don't wanna loose self respect by contacting him Because he insulted me a lot in front of his friends and family! . I have been through this. But I did what you aren't supposed to do. I had sex with him still after he broke up with me. Talked/texted him all the time. And what I can tell you from that experience is it makes it so much harder to let go. He will continue to hurt you because he will think of you as his dog that comes when he calls. I really wished I would have let go when it first happened. I would be better off right now. If this guy is the one for you, he needs to be the one to realize it and contact you. It hurts more than anything I have been through. But you are the only one that can protect yourself. Your heart is very precious. Protect and respect it. It won't be east tho. Keep trying girl. Keep your head up. And don't dwell on the past. When you do that, immediately think of something else. Or call friends to go out. Hope this helps.

i know how that feels...i did the same thing too he rumored about me saying I am a psycho and I was doing a suicide for him...it was terrible I actually did cut my wrist and he told me to send pics and I thout I could get him back instead he circulated those pics between his friends..it was so hurtful ! I feel so dumb for doing that! I feel you girl I totally feel! I hate these bastards who take girls for granted!

What is there to miss about this guy who humiliated you? Do you really think so little of yourself that you think that's the best that you can do? Maybe you should get busy with something that will distract you, like a hobby, a job, or a new pet. Anything that you will enjoy.

Give it some time. These things require time, you should be patient and in any circumstance don't ever contact him again otherwise you will not be able to forget him. Women tend to forget their ex's after they met somebody else. I'm sure you'll get over it soon, just occupy your time with something else and you will be fine, I can assure you. Or better yet you could drop by my house and I'll ease your pain.

you have to just embrace the pain. it will take while to move on. you can't always get what you want.

the same thing happened to me, a girl treated me the same way and I still loved her. to this day I moved on but I still respect her, I can't help it, she did nothing to make herself look dumb, only did things to make me look dumb, in a way that didn't make her look dumb lol.
