So my ex was emotionally abusive to me and then started putting his hands on me (nothing major - just grabbing/using force to stop me from leaving). The police are now involved and he now currently on bail. He isn't allowed to speak to me etc.
The good thing is that he hasn't contacted me at all. However, he keeps viewing all my Instagram stories. He doesn't follow me etc so it means he has to search or look for my name. I shared one this morning, and within two minutes he has already seen it.
I know I can block him etc but I do miss him and I hate it how it has gotten to this point - I just don't want to block him as I honestly don't want his life to be impacted because of what has happened despite of what he has put me through. What should I do and how should I move on? Why is he watching everything?
