How do you do deal with breakup?

I just broke up with my girl because I told her she’s too immature and clingy for me but I feel soo horrible.

It’s normal to temporarily second-guess yourself, but try to return to your life. See your guys friends for a few days - DON’T jump to next next girl to get your mind off of the ex.
Involve yourself with other activities to get your mind off of it. If nothing else, that could help you to see the situation with a “fresh” set of eyes.

Yo i guess if you did this its because you are tired of that. So you maybe did the eight thing, but its totally normal you feel bad dont worry.

Go out with your friends. Dont stay alone at home.

hang out with friends, don’t look for a rebound partner… it doesn’t help anything in the long run, do things to distract yourself, play games, sports, listen to happy music, go out to new places, go exercise.
