I found out my ex girlfriend have broken up by her boyfriend a month ago and my friend saw her crying and went up to her and asked what wrong and she said her boyfriend have cheated on her and my friend asked her what she think of me and she said I'm sweet, understanding and genuine and she told my friend to tell me not to contact her she going through a breakup and she needs time is that a good sign she will reach out to me and get back together when she ready?

To be honest, no. You need to let her heal all that on her own first before you do anything. Then let her come to you, you don't want it to start out of something like hurt or pain. You'll only hurt yourself by healing what you never broke. Don't just settle to be a replacement or a stand in.

No. Sorry to be the one to break it, but it sounds like she’s not interested in you. You guys broke up, she has since been in another relationship and she asked your friend to ask you not to contact her. AND before you say it’s just because she is going through a break up, maybe that plays a part in it, but if she wanted to talk to you she would and it doesn’t sound like she wants that.
