I told her I might be able to go Saturday but things came up as I got a new job ( which she dosent care about at all or take into consideration or say congrats ) she just got salty about it saying why did you tell me you were free. I didn’t know I got the job then? So she said maybe today and I said I’m going away today but I’m not sure if I’m going yet I will let you know. She just ignored me and deleted me off Snapchat? Shall I just leave it and not say a word? Is it worth it? She’s been going through a bad time with her boyfriend but why take it out on me and delete me for not going out!

Never show any concern about what happened and focus on your new job. Having a problem with her life doesn't mean disrespecting you or wasting your time. Make boundaries (don't worry, it's totally fine) in your life and force her not to overcome them. Boundaries can help you retain a sense of identity and personal space.

It’s just as important to set aside time for yourself as it is to have quality time with the person you love. In the meantime, stop being available all the time and keep yourself busy.
