We have been friends for years but he can be annoying on Snapchat. He will send me several long videos of random things and Photos. I told everyone I’m away for the night camping so won’t be on my phone. So he decided to send me several long videos and photos. When I was on my home and got single, it clogged up my notifications etc and I got a bit annoyed as he knew I was away and it does frustrate me. All I said was “slow replies can’t always be on my phone, enjoying camping (just wanted a break from social media)”’. And he was like “eh” and I said it was just a lot of photos/videos.
I didn’t mean to cause upset but I was just mad because even when I told everyone I wouldn’t be online they all decide to send me several messages and not give me space for one night. I was going to explain when I was home an hour later, and he’s deleted me off it without any word. I kind of think it’s really silly, I may have snapped but I wasn’t nasty, I was just frustrated with it. What should I do? It’s only annoyed me even more, I like to talk to my friends online etc but I like to have space, it’s hard to explain, if I get sent several things I just feel overwhelmed like I can’t keep. Am I in the wrong?
