The past week, I've worked out twice at a gym in which I was given a 7 day free trial, I burned 1,500 calories in them, and I felt the soreness in my arms that I haven't felt for years, after I did so many lat pull downs and rows.
I'm going in again today to both workout, and discuss the financial details regarding joining the gym as a full time member, so I can come as I please. Hopefully I can improve my liver function by both working out, and continuing to reduce my alcoholic intake.
But if you're placing bets, I strongly recommend against placing bets on me succeeding

I work out 4-5 days a week, and additionally play hockey anywhere from four to twelve times a week, so I stay very active. Not working and taking care of my elderly father right now, so life is a fantasy camp to pretend I’m the pro athlete I never could be😂
I just exercise for the fun of it, because I like being active, and not a sloth who sits in the couch and watches Netflix all day long.
2 or 3 times a week it’s mostly weight training and I have jujitsu classes that work as my cardio
