I mean full on work out for 30+ minutes with your heart rate elevated.
I'm at the stage to where I could workout everyday. Like a little bit everyday. But I choose to at least give myself at least 2 consecutive full rest days because I really do like to train hard. Typically compound movements that require many parts of the body, many muscles overlapping in different exercises. And I noticed that I couldn't keep up that type of hard training that I do, constantly going to failure with every set, & have no time to recover. Especially since I'm pretty sure my central nervous system is under more stress than the average persons. For whatever reason.

I'm into sports so that's how I stay fit and in shape... and since these are the colder days I do it more often which is a few times a week, at least twice would be good enough for me... also, for the (almost) last two years, I've been working around the house with renovations, it's not something I can do all by myself no, but I am involved in it and help with it and that... can sure be a great workout sometimes, for sure... especially during the summers
I do "something" almost every day, but more demanding trainings are 2-3 times per week.
I dance 5 days a week and go to the gym 3 times a week.
