I did for a month in the summer, but then we had to rearrange our garage and I don't have access to the workout machine anymore. So I stopped for a bit and never started again I probably should.
But even after working out for a month, when I got back to school some people said I looked like I lost weight.

I do a series of streches and lifts daily, due to a couple of old injuries, but otherwise dont really work out. I'm still stronger and faster than most guys I know, and moderatly healthy, so I dont see the need to bother with the whole fitness thing.

Run for an hour and lift for an hour. If I don't feel like running, I'll do the elliptical machine for a hour.
I try to work out every day, at least 15 minutes. Trying to get fit XD

Currently having a small shoulder injury, but when usually 4-5 days a week, if I have energy on a rest day I'll work on a lacking bodypart, usually: calves or forearms
4 is the MAXIMUM.
Unless you're on clenbuterol on HGH or something... you're just gonna beat yourself into a pulp with that much training , or you're training to be a NAVY seal which is cool.Right now, three if I am lucky. It used to be three to five times a week but work and life are getting in the way.
5 times, but that is because of my BFS workout, after that ends, we'll see if I can keep myself from getting lazy :s
I do hiits and Lifting through out the week. Then on the weekends I do extra cardio and yoga
I'm just starting a workout schedule again, hopefully I'll stay consistent at 6 days a week.

A walk or a hike maybe once or twice a monthI work out 3 times per week now that I am back in the gym. I wasn't going for about a period of 4 months.
I'll do a mile run 3 times a week, plus daily walking around my college.
I do strength training 5-6 days and cardio everyday
30 minutes every other day does it for me.

Every weekday, for about 90 minutes a day.
