    Honestly I've just been consistent with 2 sets of 50 decline pushups and 1 set of sit ups with my feet up on the couch, my butt touching the bottom of the couch (each rep touching my head to my knee, alternating which knee I touch each rep).

    If I ever feel like seeing if I was able to do what I was able to do, I might add 20 handstand pushups leaning against a wall. If I'm at a park, I might attempt some muscle ups (used to be able to do 10... now I can't do a single one 😂). I also occasionally add tricep dips using a bench.

    I'm pretty happy with my definition, but would like a bit more size, which is just about diet mostly. Another 20 pounds of muscle and I'm solid 👌🏼

    Regularly - average 5 times a week and it's core focused with lots of supersets between something aerobic coupled with different exercises. My primary objective is to feel good (body, mind and soul) with the added energy from being active but I get bored with stuff like running or waiting in between sets etc... so I enjoy continuous movement supersets with combinations of stuff so no session is the same.

    For example, today I alternated between 1-2 minutes on an elliptical then jump down and do pushups - then back up 1-2 mins.. repeat over and over - mixing in different exercises - went for about 50 mins with continuous movement. No time to get bored or distracted.

    I usually do five days a week. I do evenings and at the campus athletic center.

    I swim twice a week in the winter (because of wet hair and the walk). I either in on the indoor track or spin other days.

    I'm looking for an affordable gym now. The plan would be start with light cardio initially and add free weights.

    I'm looking at getting a small retro farm in about a year and I'll need to be stronger than I am now so I can go all in and work it with horses instead of diesel. Even a steam tractor would require me to be far stronger than I am today to chop wood and haul bales etc.

    5 days weights

    3-4 days cardio

    Weight days usually an hour

    Cardio sessions 20-60 minutes

    Remember no workout program will fix a terrible diet. Diet is 50x more important than training. People live to 100 that have never seen the inside of a gym in their lives.

      Yeah sure they can live that long, but their quality of life is usually a direct correlation of how physically active they have been in their lives. You need to be physically active and workout consistently. Muscle atrophy is no joke. It doesn't need to be a ridiculous workout. Just consistency

    Everyday, 30 minutes on a recumbent stationary bike. Gives me something to do while watching the news.
