Ami wrong for calling my ex filthy?

My ex and i broke up months ago. We broke up because he slept with another girl and caught sti. Ever since i called him nasty, gross, dirty and filthy. He can't stand when i call him those names. He calls me from his number and random numbers and begs for us to be together and i call him those names and it hurts his feelings.
